Diploma or Certificate in Furniture Design, Woodworking, Manufacturing, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of relevant cabinet, furniture, joinery or millwork experience.

Strong Cabinet Vision experience preferred.

Experience with Microvellum, Mozaik, 2020 Design, PolyBoard or similar software is also considered.

Good knowledge of cabinet construction, sheet materials, hardware, hinges and drawer systems.

Factory/manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Able to read architectural, interior design and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience customizing Cabinet Vision databases, catalogues and rules is a major advantage.

CNC and post-processor knowledge are an advantage.

Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.

Use Cabinet Vision or similar software to design and engineer cabinets.

Produce production drawings, BOMs, cutting lists and CNC-ready data.

Maintain and customize Cabinet Vision libraries, materials, hardware, construction methods and parametric rules.

Ensure designs are practical and suitable for actual factory production.

Troubleshoot issues between design, CNC output and manufacturing.

Improve cabinet construction methods and standardize designs.

Develop reusable parametric components and templates.

Coordinate with production, CNC, purchasing, project management and installation teams.

Train junior designers and production staff.

Help improve the company's overall design-to-manufacturing workflow.
