Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 5.45 pm
Fridays: 9 am to 5.45 pm
Key Roles
Handle telephone calls
Manage frontline counter; attend to students, parents, and walk-in visitors
Handle incoming mail and distribute letters to students/parents/teachers
Attend to goods delivery and early departures/injured students (Sick Bay)
Oversee general housekeeping of the General Office (with OSO)
Arrange temporary storage of received items and inform relevant staff
Assist with lost & found items, data entry, and general admin support
Assist Admin Managers with tasks and perform duties as assigned
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and internet use
Able to operate office equipment (e.g., fax machines, photocopiers, printers)
First Aid trained
