We are inviting an experienced Senior Finance Executive to drive key financial analytics, elevate operational excellence, and support the Finance Manager in managing daily finance and accounting operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, proper documentation, and full compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support monthly closing, reconciliations and preparation of Management Accounts.
• Assist in actual vs budget/projection variance analysis and highlight significant issues.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including aging and reconciliation.
• Assist with monthly inventory closing, stock reconciliation, variance investigation and inventory valuation.
• Support manufacturing costing, including material, labour and overhead analysis where applicable.
• Monitor accounting transactions and reporting in AutoCount and Pronto; assist with system/process improvements.
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts and monitor cash position, collections and payment commitments.
• Assist with e-Invoice, SST, tax schedules and other statutory compliance matters.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents and coordinate responses to audit queries.
• Ensure compliance with Finance policies, approval procedures, SOPs and internal controls.
• Guide and review work performed by Accounts Executives and support Finance team development.
• Perform financial analysis, management reporting and other projects assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience in full-set accounting, month-end closing and management reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing costing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; AutoCount experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax, SST and e-Invoice requirements

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
