• Handle import and export cargo throughout the warehouse process, including cargo receiving, inspection, put-away, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletising, in compliance with established SOPs.

• Operate ASRS equipment and warehouse automation systems to facilitate accurate cargo storage, retrieval, and movement.
• Perform outbound picking and cargo processing using the Pick-to-Light system to support operational accuracy and productivity.
• Carry out inventory merging and consolidation using automated equipment to maximise storage utilisation and improve space efficiency.
• Support regular physical inventory counts and stock verification activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor the condition of material handling equipment, perform routine checks, and report defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain clean, orderly, and safe.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks when necessary, provided the required licences and operational authorisations are valid.
• Follow all applicable workplace safety requirements, equipment operating procedures, and cargo-handling guidelines.
• Assist other operational teams with warehouse activities and workload requirements as needed.
• Undertake additional job-related duties assigned by the supervisor in support of daily operations.
