Front of House / Studio Experience Associate

Key Responsibilities

Be the welcoming face of Dopamine Movement and ensure every member enjoys a seamless, positive studio experience from arrival to departure.

• Member Experience: Warmly welcome students, manage class check-ins, orientate first-time visitors and assist with enquiries.

• Studio Operations: Prepare the studio before classes, maintain cleanliness and organisation, replenish amenities and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

• Customer Service: Handle bookings, late arrivals, membership enquiries and customer concerns professionally and proactively.

• Community Engagement: Build genuine relationships with members, encourage repeat visits and help foster a friendly, inclusive studio community.

• Sales & Retention: Follow up with trial customers, gather feedback and introduce suitable class packages and memberships.

• Digital Communication: Respond to Instagram DMs and WhatsApp enquiries promptly, accurately and thoughtfully.

• Opening & Closing Duties: Ensure the studio is fully operational before classes and properly cleaned, restocked and secured at the end of each shift.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is friendly, energetic, responsible and naturally attentive to people. You take initiative, have an eye for detail and genuinely enjoy creating great customer experiences.

Experience in hospitality, fitness or customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter most.
