Temp Healthcare Admin Assistant – Eunos | NO INTERVIEW | Fast Hire!

Start Date: 9 November 2026
Contract: Until 31 March 2027

️ 100% backend administrative / office-based role

Pay
MIN N / O / A Level / NITEC: $10.50/hour
MIN Diploma: $13/hour

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Every Saturday: 8am – 12pm
44 hours per week

On certain days, you may be required to start at 7.30am. An earlier start will correspond with an earlier end time.

Job Scope

• Handle backend administrative duties and appointment scheduling

• Conduct pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls

• Arrange referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics

• Perform data collation and maintain administrative records

• Provide administrative support to medical, nursing and allied health teams

• Provide cross-coverage when required

• Support other ad hoc administrative duties

Who Can Apply

• MIN N / O / A Level, NITEC or Diploma in any discipline

• Able to commit until 31 March 2027

• Comfortable with administrative work and phone follow-ups

• Able to work every Saturday morning

• No experience needed as training will be provided

Medical/vaccination check-up costs will be covered upon commencement of employment. Candidates who complete the check-up but subsequently do not commence work may be required to reimburse the costs.
