Responsibilities
Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen to enable smooth meal preparation
Chop vegetables, cut meat, and make sauces according to menu specifications to prepare dish components
You will prepare and stock kitchen stations, chop ingredients, and make sauces to support meal preparation.
You will maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain food preparation and storage areas to comply with health and safety standards
Clean preparation areas thoroughly and manage leftover food responsibly to maintain hygiene and reduce waste
Stock inventory and supplies accurately to support uninterrupted kitchen operations
Communicate clearly and coordinate tasks effectively with team members to enhance kitchen efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry
Show aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting
