Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, sketches, space planning, design development, specifications, and detailed drawings.
Prepare detailed layout plans, elevations, 3D perspectives, and presentation materials.
Select and source suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate feedback into revisions.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure design requirements are properly communicated.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the project team to ensure designs are implemented according to approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare quotations, material selections, design proposals, and other project-related documents where required.
Maintain good attention to detail throughout the design and project development process.
Manage multiple projects and ensure design deliverables are completed within the required timelines.
Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and industry practices.
Perform other ad hoc duties and provide support to the team as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
Relevant experience in interior design or renovation is preferred.
Proficient in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, Photoshop, or similar.
Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
