About the Business

We are an independently owned CHLITINA authorized franchise business operating across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, with approximately 24 flagship locations and a workforce of over 500 employees.

Hong Kong serves as a strategic management hub for the business.

This is an independent franchisee business, not a position within CHLITINA's corporate headquarters.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the overall business, with full responsibility for P&L, operations, people management, profitability, organizational development, and long-term growth.

Reporting directly to the investor, the CEO will be the highest executive responsible for translating the investment vision into operational performance and sustainable business growth.

The role also involves leading the business through its next stage of development, including the potential transition from a predominantly franchise-based model toward developing our own premium beauty and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy and execution across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
• Take full ownership of P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Oversee multi-site operations, improve efficiency, and establish consistent operating standards.
• Build management capabilities, strengthen organizational structure, and develop future leadership succession.
• Improve customer experience, service quality, and business performance across all locations.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop sustainable long-term business strategies.
• Lead organizational development and business transformation as the company evolves.
• Work directly with the investor on strategic priorities, investment decisions, and long-term business direction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Country Head, or Regional Head.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
• Familiarity with Greater China and/or APAC markets.
• Experience in consumer-facing businesses, retail, beauty, wellness, or related service industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, develop management teams, and lead business transformation.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
• Ability to work directly with the investor and take ownership of the business's long-term development.
