1. Training Preparation & Logistics

• Assist in developing and updating training materials (manuals, slides, handouts).
• Manage classroom logistics, including equipment setup and virtual platform administration.
• Coordinate training schedules and room bookings across departments.

2. Instructional Support

• Co-facilitate specific training modules under the guidance of the Lead Trainer.
• Conduct practical demonstrations of equipment, software, or company protocols.
• Monitor participant progress and provide one-on-one coaching for those requiring extra

assistance.

3. Administration & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion via LMS.
• Administer and grade assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Compile feedback surveys and assist in analyzing training performance metrics.

AUTHORITIES:

• Authorized to deliver training to production operators and staff.
• Authorized to assess and certify employee competency for specific tasks.
• Recommend retraining, corrective actions, or disciplinary actions to management.
• Access production and quality data for training and improvement purposes.
