Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in understanding how a distributor manages sales and operations. You will gain direct experience working with emerging D2C lifestyle and technology brands, including LiberNovo and Enabot.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recurring customer enquiries across ecommerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Provide timely, accurate, professional, and friendly responses to customers.

• Assist with aftersales issues related to LiberNovo and Enabot products and coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases.

• Conduct regular inventory checks across platforms and identify unusual discrepancies such as stock mismatches, sudden stock drops, or missing SKUs.

• Review product titles and descriptions across marketplaces and identify outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.

• Gain hands-on exposure to distributor operations, including sales operations and broader commercial functions.

• Contribute fresh ideas and take ownership of new initiatives and approaches within the team.
