About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a proven track record in sales and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social media.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
• Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Track sales activities, prepare forecasts, and report progress to management regularly.
