About the role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Executive to drive full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and support key business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end content creation, paid acquisition, website management, and partner relations to amplify brand visibility and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute top-of-funnel brand awareness through to bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns
• Develop the content calendar, design visual assets (graphics and short-form video), and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) to optimize ROI
• Design, build, and deploy email marketing (EDM) campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and drive repeat conversions
• Update and maintain website landing pages, homepage banners, and product catalogs to ensure a seamless user experience and accurate product information
• Oversee store operations on Shopee, including listing new magazine issues, managing product variations, updating inventories, and monitoring order fulfillment
• Build and manage strategic corporate partnerships and direct outreach to schools to promote and drive magazine subscriptions and bulk orders
• Process school orders and handle client and customer inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with general operations, reporting, and ad-hoc task execution as needed

About you

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in full-funnel digital marketing or content creation roles
• Strong proficiency in social media management and paid media tools (Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Proven experience creating visual assets (Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere/CapCut)
• Strong ability to leverage generative AI tools to streamline copywriting and content workflows
• Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Brevo)
• Basic CMS management (e.g., WIX, WordPress)
• High autonomy, strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
