Job Description

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and internal rules and regulations.
• Conduct stock counts and oversee stock arrangement.
• Supervise the baking and mixing of nuts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a people management role is required.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in relevant field.
• Aggressive, Result-driven, Good time management & Stress management.
• Willing to standby all the time for ad-hoc stuff.
• Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
• 6 Working days per week.
• Malaysian only.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month.
