Linergy Power is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to support our manufacturing expansion. In this role, you will play a key part in production line layout planning, capacity realization, new facility setup, automation implementation, and cross-functional improvement projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize production line layouts to support capacity targets, material flow, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Drive capacity realization by coordinating manpower, equipment, space, and material requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify bottlenecks and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support new factory planning, workshop layout design, and new production line setup.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, process simplification initiatives, and productivity improvement projects.
• Lead and follow up IKW and other continuous-improvement projects to ensure timely execution and measurable results.
• Analyse production data and recommend improvement actions to enhance line efficiency, space utilization, and overall operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in production line layout planning, capacity planning, factory expansion, or new line setup within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production flow, manpower and equipment planning, material flow, and efficiency improvement.
• Practical exposure to Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, automation, or process optimization projects.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment, Facilities, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, electronics, battery, automotive, semiconductor, or other fast-paced industries will be an advantage.
