Standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with standby availability required for critical customer incidents.

  • Configure, provision, and maintain enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and security hardware across client environments.

  • Manage firewall security profiles, VLAN segmentation, firmware updates, and site-to-site or SSL VPN connections.

  • Lead technical discussions in client status meetings, track service tickets, and recommend hardware refresh roadmaps.

  • Produce technical proposals, bills of materials (BOM), and statements of work (SOW) for network upgrades and renewals.

  • Oversee systems administration tasks including Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware ESXi), and backup operations.

  • Provide escalated L1/L2 troubleshooting for end-user workstations, M365 accounts, and peripheral hardware both remotely and on-site.

skills and requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in network deployment and infrastructure support, ideally within an MSP or SI setup.

  • Valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required.

  • Strong hands-on proficiency with Cisco hardware (switches, routers, APs) and FortiGate firewalls (policies, NAT, VPN, SD-WAN).

  • Working familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, M365 administration, and backup recovery protocols.

  • Added advantage: Exposure to VMware ESXi/vCenter, basic automation scripting (PowerShell/Python), or workflow platforms like Jira and *************
