Job Summary
Handle end-to-end product operations for mobile app, driving user engagement and product quality through feedback collection, testing, metric tracking, event support, team coordination, content compliance monitoring, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and enhance user experience
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate app functionality and ensure quality before release
Track and report on core product metrics to measure app performance and user engagement
Support the setup and execution of in-app events to boost user participation and retention
Coordinate effectively with product and technology teams to align operations with development goals
Monitor content compliance to uphold platform standards and regulatory requirements
Compile detailed operation reports to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in app, user, or product operations
Prior experience working with apps
Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
