Our client is a leading financial services organisation with an established presence in Singapore. It is seeking a Learning & Organisation Development professional to strengthen workforce capability, team effectiveness and organisational culture through targeted learning and organisation development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, you will identify capability gaps, diagnose team effectiveness challenges and develop tailored learning and organisation development interventions. You will support the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programmes, leveraging internal expertise and external providers to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Beyond L&D, you will advise stakeholders on organisation effectiveness, leadership development, engagement and culture initiatives.

Requirements

You are an experienced Learning & Development or Organisation Development professional with exposure to learning needs analysis, programme design and organisational diagnostics. Prior consulting experience and exposure to broader talent management processes, including performance management and succession planning, will be advantageous.

Analytical and solutions-oriented, you can diagnose underlying organisational challenges and translate insights into effective interventions. You possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with a hands-on, self-driven approach and the ability to independently drive initiatives from diagnosis through to implementation.
