Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing tax matters and compliance for 26 Singapore entities.
• Review corporate tax calculations, GST returns and other tax submissions to ensure timely filing.
• Oversee transfer pricing matters, withholding tax and Pillar Two compliance.
• Monitor tax expenses and ensure all tax records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Manage applications and compliance requirements for tax incentives.
• Assess the tax impact of new business activities, transactions and changes in operations.
• Advise management and internal teams on tax matters and potential risks.
• Work closely with the accounting team to improve tax procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance to finance staff on tax requirements and regulatory updates.
• Support tax-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience of Singapore corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing, or relevant experience.
• Experience handling tax compliance for multiple entities.
• Familiarity with Pillar Two and tax incentives will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed-oriented, organised and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
