Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum CGPA 3.2.
8+ years of application development experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Strong experience in .NET, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, system integration, and software architecture.
Experience with production support, incident management, and Agile delivery.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Malaysian Citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Manage BAU support, project delivery, and production incidents.
• Drive application architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee security remediation, release management, and delivery governance.
• Support knowledge transfer, transition, and handover activities.
