Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Attend to patients and assist the doctor during medical consultations and treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures, including taking vital signs and assessing patients' basic health conditions.
• Prepare patients for medical examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as instructed by the doctor and in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform wound dressing, injections, and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any unusual findings to the doctor.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and monitoring of medicines and medical supplies.
• Check and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards throughout the clinic.
• Assist with patient registration, appointments, follow-up arrangements, and other clinic operations when required.
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication, treatment, and follow-up care as directed by the doctor.
• Ensure patient information and medical records remain confidential.
• Follow clinic policies, standard operating procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor or management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), where applicable.
• Previous experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised, caring, and attentive to patients' needs.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
