About The Job
You will drive new customer acquisition by identifying automation opportunities within high-tech manufacturing plants. This is an active hunting role focused on qualifying leads and securing automation project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new B2B accounts through targeted cold calls, factory visits, and industry networking.
- Conduct factory walkthroughs to identify operational bottlenecks and gather initial project requirements.
- Qualify potential projects by verifying budgets, decision-makers, and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with the Technical Presales team to develop competitive, customer-focused proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the smooth transition of secured projects to execution teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- 2 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or material handling.
- Strong hunter mindset with a solid track record of opening new industrial accounts.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, particularly in Semiconductor, E&E, or intralogistics.
- Excellent negotiation skills, self-driven work ethic, and willingness to travel for client meetings.
