Tanggungjawab

  • Attend meetings and record of minutes.

  • Manage complaints from owners and tenants.

  • Co-ordinate repairs and maintenance work with Contractors.

  • Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep

  • Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure site standards

  • Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements, including the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

  • Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and safety

  • Deliver essential customer service support by addressing residents’ and owners’ concerns promptly and professionally
