Position Title : Account Executive (Accounting Corporate Services)

Salary : From SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 (based on experience)

Annual Leave : Starting from 14 days

Singapore Office : Ubi

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Work Arrangement : Fully Work From Office

Job Responsibilities (Job Scope) :

• Handle full set of accounts for clients
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
• Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated
• Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience
• Minimally a Diploma or Bachelor Degree of related field.
• Experience in accounting firm / audit firm is required
• Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in accounting software such as Xero, SQL, etc.
