Kerja Sepenuh Masa Service Engineer Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,800 di MENTARI ALAM EKO (M) SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of food waste composting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, repairs, and replacement of faulty components.
• Conduct on-site inspections and identify the root causes of machine malfunctions.
• Provide technical support, machine operation training, and guidance to customers.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and documentation of work completed.
• Coordinate with the internal team on spare parts requirements, technical issues, and service schedules.
• Follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved and machines operate satisfactorily.
• Assist with machine testing, quality control, and technical improvements when required.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, servicing, and troubleshooting, including outstation assignments when necessary.
• Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and equipment troubleshooting
• Hands-on skills in using tools, conducting inspections, and performing equipment maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to travel to customer sites and work outstation when required
• Possess a valid driving licence. Own transport is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
