We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, maintain service excellence, and drive business performance at a premium Italian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front-of-House and Heart-of-House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
• Monitor reservations and coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing effective service recovery and improvements.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and training in line with operational requirements and budget.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, labour expenses, and operating supplies to achieve financial targets.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through menu engineering, pricing strategies, and profit enhancement initiatives.
• Review guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to service standards and overall dining experience.
• Work closely with the culinary and hotel teams to maintain food quality and uphold the restaurant’s brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience.
• Experience in a similar-sized or similarly styled 5-star hotel or premium restaurant.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Able to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
