Job Title: Front of House
Monthly Salary: UP to $2,500 (Negotiable) with monthly bonus
Working Address: Orchard
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Weekends included) | 10AM - 10:30PM (10 hours) with 2.5 hours break in between

Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures where required.
Manage reservations, room enquiries, and guest information.
Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the front-of-house area is clean and presentable.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification and Requirements
Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
Able to handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Well-organised, attentive to detail, and able to multitask.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
