Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Technical Sales Manager (IT Software Solution - SAAS) di Mandrill Tech Selangor - Maukerja

The kind of person WE ARE looking for:

• You are hands on and execution driven, comfortable working directly with senior leaders and technical team.
• You care deeply about solving the client’s actual pain points rather than just pushing a product.
• You genuinely enjoy learning how technology works. You digest complex software, AI features and industry trends fast.

This role is NOT for you if … :

• You require a complete playbook, constant step-by-step guidance and rely on hand-holding explicit instruction.
• You struggle when faced with uncertain situations and prefer following a fixed routine rather than proactively finding solutions.
• You prefer a passive approach and rely on inbound leads rather than actively hunting for new bussiness opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and sales revenue by achieving assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events and other business development activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to product demonstration, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Sell and demonstrate IT software, SaaS, AI solutions and customised software solutions based on customer business requirements.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand business processes, pain points, existing systems and technology requirements, and translate these into suitable solutions.
• Work with Product and Technical teams to assess requirements, solution feasibility, integrations, customisation and project scope.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and solution presentations, and manage commercial negotiations with customers.
• Build relationships with business owners, C-level executives, HR, Finance, Operations and IT decision-makers and identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records, including leads, meetings, proposals, opportunities, forecasts and closed deals.
• Keep up to date with SaaS, AI, automation, data analytics and business software, and identify new opportunities for the company.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B software / technology sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets preferably in selling actual business software, such as HRMS, payroll, accounting, ERP, CRM, POS, SaaS or AI solutions.
• Experience selling custom software, system integration or technology solutions is an advantage.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software, SaaS, APIs, system integration and technology concepts.
• AI / automation / data solution sales experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates whose background is primarily hardware, telecommunications, generic IT services or cloud-package sales without substantial software solution salesexperience are not the target profile.
