Nestled in a beautiful, heritage-listed former printing press house on Club Street in central Singapore, Lion Brewery Co is an elevated gastropub, alive with craft, character, and quiet confidence. A craft brewery serving a range of delicious and tasty brews. Complimented by a fantastic food menu of pub classics and light bites.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively bar setting, enjoys guiding others, and is passionate about elevating the guest experience.
Main Duties
Hybrid role including bar work and work as FOH staff serving tables in the main dining area.
To pour beers, mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately following outlet standard recipes to ensure consistent quality
To serve tables taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers as they spend time here.
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe bar environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
Teamwork mindset to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
Experience working in a bar environment to apply relevant skills and knowledge
Willingness to work shifts to meet operational needs
