Support quality control and lab department quality activities and processes, evaluate their performances and ensure that improvements are implemented to meet customer requirements as well as company objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, in cooperation with Quality Control (QC) supervisor, activities associated with finished skins quality including, but not limited to:

• Finished skin inspection and grading (based on customer requirements)
• Finished skin trend analysis, performance reports and KPI
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant department

Lead, in cooperation with Quality Control (QC) supervisor and Chemical Manager, activities associated with finished skins lab testing including, but not limited to:

• Lab testing (based on customer requirements)
• Lab testing trend analysis, performance reports and KPI
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant department

Support Quality Control (QC) supervisor and team in day-to-day activities pertaining to finished skin inspection and lab testing.

Support production dyeing and finishing team and quality team with the review of quality rejects, process controls and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CA) activities.

Lead, manage and implement continuous improvement projects for quality processes, activities, and controls.

Lead quality system activities associated with Complaints & Returns, Non-conformance, Audit & Inspection (Internal, External, Customer) and quality certifications.

Maintain and improve quality system documents (ISO 9001) associated with Quality Control and Lab including work instructions, records, quality specifications and guides.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering /Data Analytics / Quality or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the craftsmen industry
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems and quality processes
• Strong analytical and data management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential. A knowledge of VBA for Excel, PowerBi, PowerApp and Power Automate will be a plus.
• IT oriented to develop computerized solutions to complex activities.
