Job Scope:
Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process
Handle customer queries and promote new/renew sales
Check customers' background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advise whether customers are suitable for loan installment plans
Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, live chat, and emails to clarify loan details and payment reminders
Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in gold shop/banking industry
Ability to provide exceptional service to each customer.
Good communication skills
