About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Program Manager / Senior Program Manager. An opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to take a new factory through production launch and ramp-up, shaping its transition into a stable, high-performing operation for a new Factory Start-Up. This role offers ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives, cross-functional leadership, and direct exposure to senior executives while managing Factory Operations.

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead factory start-up activities, bring cross-functional teams together and drive the milestones needed to achieve production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the factory start-up program, from readiness planning through start of production and ramp-up.
• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Equipment teams to deliver launch milestones.
• Ensure equipment, processes, materials and manpower are ready for production.
• Resolve start-up challenges and drive improvements in yield, quality, capacity and delivery.
• Provide clear progress updates and escalate critical issues to senior management.

Required Skills

• A proven track record of successfully leading 3–4 new factory start-ups, including production launch and ramp-up.
• Strong experience in electronics manufacturing program management or operations leadership.
• A practical understanding of production readiness, process qualification and operational handover.
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, make decisions and drive execution on the factory floor.
