About the Role
We are a professional services firm providing accounting, payroll, corporate secretarial and compliance services to SME clients. We are looking for a meticulous and independent accounts professional to manage client accounts from end to end. This role offers exposure to a variety of businesses and industries.
Job Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts for an assigned portfolio of clients
Record all accounting transactions timely and accurately
Assist seniors, supervisors and managers in meeting client deadlines for accounting support
Liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents on accounting matters
Assist/review in the computation of monthly payroll
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field
At least 3 to 4 years of accounting experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Accounts Associate role
Able to handle full set of accounts
Experience in payroll will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications, Xero, Million and ABSS will be an advantage
Experience in payroll
Meticulous and organised, with good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and complete tasks within tight deadlines
