Job Description
Collaborate with Account Managers/Associates on the development of scaled Account Management strategies
Assist the Account Management team in providing merchant updates on campaigns and key events.
Create compelling messages to encourage partners to join promotional campaigns, participate in special initiatives, and optimize their performance on the platform.
Research and analyze performance trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for merchant partner growth.
Provide administrative and operational support for merchant accounts
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
Able to commit to at least 6 months full-time
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for external partners
Comfortable working with data — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform/marketplace business models is a plus
Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides for building client-facing presentations
Prior internship or project experience in account management, sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required
