About the Role

Join our Finance team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic media and advertising environment. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about billing, finance operations, reporting, and how finance supports the day-to-day business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Finance team with day-to-day administrative and finance tasks.
• Support the preparation of client billings and invoices.
• Help maintain and update finance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for billing and reporting.
• Assist with following up on outstanding payments and account-related matters.
• Support the processing and verification of vendor invoices.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and account reconciliations.
• Learn and support month-end finance activities.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
