Are you the right person that we are looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.

• Ability to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably with experience in a senior retail or supervisory role.

• Preferably with working experience in sports retail, sports apparel, or footwear.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Sales-oriented with strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Able to lead and support team members in achieving sales and operational targets.

• Willing to take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Key Holder is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the Under Armour store. As a trusted member of the store leadership team, he/she will assist with supervising store activities, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience, merchandise presentation, and store security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service and consistently demonstrate Under Armour selling standards to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Act as a brand ambassador by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products, key looks, and current promotions.

• Drive sales through effective cross-selling, upselling, and strong product knowledge.

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform store opening and closing duties, including securing the premises and following established security procedures.

• Take responsibility for store keys and access in accordance with company policies and security requirements.
