Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off)
Working Hours: 3 Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a Nurse to provide safe, efficient and quality clinical and patient care in a clinic setting. The successful candidate will work closely with doctors and the clinical team to support patient assessment, treatment procedures, health services and daily clinic operations in accordance with established SOPs, clinical guidelines and the assigned scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, efficient and quality clinical and patient care according to the doctor’s instructions, SOPs, clinical guidelines and assigned scope of practice.
2. Conduct initial patient assessment, including taking medical history and vital signs, monitor patients’ condition and progress, and promptly report any abnormal findings or emergency cases to the doctor.
3. Assist doctors in patient examinations, treatments, minor surgeries and other clinical procedures, including health screening, phlebotomy, specimen collection and medication preparation/administration according to established procedures.
4. Provide appropriate patient education, health advice and support, including disease prevention, lifestyle management, chronic care, immunisation, family planning and other health-related services within the permitted scope.
5. Monitor and manage medications, clinical supplies, stock and equipment, including proper storage, expiry monitoring and ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for use.
6. Ensure proper infection control, Universal Precaution, clinical documentation, record keeping and compliance with SOPs, protocols and best practice guidelines.
7. Support clinical reporting and monitoring, including relevant daily reports, clinical statistics, laboratory samples, vaccines, equipment maintenance, infectious disease notifications and other required records.
8. Deliver a friendly, professional and patient-focused customer experience, assist with patient enquiries and support the doctor and clinical team in maintaining service quality.
9. Support daily clinic operations, including reception/registration coverage when required, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with operational activities.
10. Attend required training, meetings and duty roster arrangements, and perform other reasonable duties related to clinic operations as assigned by management.

Requirements

1) Possess a recognized nursing qualification.
2) Registered nurse with the relevant professional registration and practising requirements.
3) Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare or medical setting will be an advantage.
4) Good clinical knowledge and ability to follow established procedures and SOPs.
5) Competent in basic nursing procedures such as vital signs monitoring, phlebotomy and patient care.
6) Willing to work on a rotating 3-shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Benefits

Attendance Allowance: RM100/month, subject to attendance conditions.
Procedure Allowance: RM1 per procedure, such as blood taking and IV drip.
Night Shift Allowance: RM10 per night.
Medical Benefit: Free medical treatment at the clinic for permanent staff, with coverage also extended to spouse, children and parents.
Meal Benefit: Meal provided for each shift (RM15/pax).
