Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Account Executive to support daily accounting operations. This role involves in financial record keeping, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This position is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are keen to develop their careers in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining full set of accounts (AP, AR, and General Ledger)
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Experience in audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required
• Basic tax related matters such as SST, filing, documentation
• Perform data entry and update accounting systems
• Responsible for any ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks
• Other related duties that been assign by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Bukku, SQL)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
