JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Polish and refinish luxury watch cases, bracelets, bezels and metal components
Remove scratches, dents and surface imperfections while preserving original shapes and edges
Restore mirror-polished, satin/brushed and other specified finishes
Operate polishing motors, lapping machines and other specialised finishing equipment
Use appropriate polishing tools, compounds and techniques for different metals
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet strict quality standards
Handle component disassembly and reassembly when required
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Relevant hands-on experience in luxury watch polishing, refinishing or restoration.
Experience working with high-end watches or premium watch components strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of polishing techniques, metal finishing and specialised equipment
Excellent manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail
Able to identify and correct finishing imperfections while preserving component integrity
Patient, meticulous and comfortable performing detailed bench work
