Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,300 di SOVERUS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full set of accounts including timely preparation of payments and receipts, filing of GST, in accordance with accounting policies and standards

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports

• Participation in the annual budgetary exercise

• Support monthly Group consolidation and its related schedules Monitor accounts receivable, issue invoices / credit memo, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Ensure proper approval workflow and compliance with internal controls.
• Assist in the process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Meticulous, committed and detail oriented

• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of analytical tools will be an advantage

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
