Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks according to standard recipes and hygiene standards.
Handle customer orders, POS cashiering, and feedback with a friendly, positive attitude.
Maintain daily operations, including opening/closing duties, workstation cleanliness, and equipment care.
Monitor inventory levels and support promotional activities or new product launches.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or PR.
Able to commit to a 5.5-day workweek, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
Prior barista experience is a strong advantage.
Passionate about customer service with a creative approach to preparing drinks.
Efficient, well-organized, and able to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
