Roles &Responsibilities

Own data analysis and strategy optimization for the overseas ad network, leveraging

advertiser and industry insights to drive improvements in ROAS, LTV, and scalability;

Work closely with Data Science and Recommendation teams to analyze

multi-source data, identify key drivers, and design scalable 2. strategies

(e.g., bidding, budget allocation, cold start), while building reusable methodologies;

Lead the development of inhouse data diagnostics platform, to enable efficient issue

diagnosis and data-driven decision-making;

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advertising or data-related roles,

with strong analytical skills and solid understanding of ad recommendation systems;

gaming/data science background is a plus;

Fluent in English, able to collaborate with global teams and handle a fast-paced,

high-pressure environment;

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a result-driven mindset and strong ownership;
