About the role
Receptionist/Concierge position at an office building in Chinatown, providing reception and administrative support services.
Mon-Fri (9am-7pm), Sat (9am-2pm)
Key responsibilities
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed
Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties
Provide and ensure timely return of visitor pass
Ensure prompt response to email
Undertake additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
About you
Polite and professional
Candidates with similar working experience or front line duties in hotel, customer service environment are preferred
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good customer service and communication skills
