Our client is a new local start-up with their HQ based in Beijing. The ideal candidate is to be part of a catalyst in this monumental transformation period in Singapore Tourism Industry.
Our client is a world-leading provider of lighting and spectacular technology solutions, specialising in architectural lighting, cultural tourism and digital experience projects. The company integrates innovative lighting technology, multimedia and creative design to deliver immersive, visually engaging experiences for landmark developments, attractions and public spaces.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
Oversee full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and EP/DP matters
Manage administration, office premises, assets and vendors. Develop HR & admin policies to support daily business operations.
Ensure compliance with local labour and MOM requirements, organise staff engagement activities and maintain positive workplace environment.
Prepare and review purchase requisitions, requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders and procurement documentation in accordance with company procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Administration or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin management experience, familiar with Singapore labour regulations and EP/DP application processes. Experience in construction industry is preferred.
Competent in written and spoken English, familiar with HR systems, capable of policy formulation and cross-department coordination.
Experience in handling tender matters (experience in Gebiz), if possible
