Job Summary

Support contract administration by preparing tender submissions, progress claims, and payment certificates while maintaining accurate contract and procurement documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender submissions and progress claims to support contract bidding and monitor project progress
  • Generate payment certificates for sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Manage procurement-related administrative tasks to maintain efficient purchasing workflows
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records for contracts and procurement activities
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to project goals
  • Adapt to changing priorities by performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field
  • Demonstrate meticulousness, responsibility, and strong organizational skills in managing contract documents
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project execution
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet project demands
  • Manage workload efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Show motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and processes to improve performance

Other Information

  • Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $2,000.00 - $3,000.00
  • Working Days: 5 days per week
