Proven experience in managing sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Manage branch sales performance, profitability, and KPI achievements.

Develop strategies to increase treatment sales, product sales, and customer retention.

Monitor sales reports, customer conversion, and branch performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve business and service goals.

Maintain excellent customer experience and handle escalated customer concerns professionally.

Manage inventory, equipment, facilities, and operating expenses effectively.

Ensure proper documentation, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Prepare performance reports and work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to support company objectives.

Support marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
