Job Summary

The Management Trainee programme develops high-potential individuals through structured training and mentoring to build business, coaching, and leadership skills, preparing them for Assistant Centre Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in executing business plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators such as enrolment, retention, sales, and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and managing daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to parent and participant enquiries, feedback, and escalations progressively.
• Monitor sales performance and actively support sales and enrolment initiatives to meet targets.
• Coach gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years, delivering curriculum across various skill levels.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on gym equipment and apparatus to ensure a safe environment.
• Model company values and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support onboarding and provide day-to-day guidance to new and trainee coaches as the programme advances.
• Learn and apply personnel administration processes including rostering, attendance, and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
