Job Summary
You will monitor student attendance and safety, support intervention and discipline programs, and maintain accurate student records to promote a safe and supportive school environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor student attendance and late arrivals to identify and support at-risk students
Conduct patrols within the school and nearby areas to ensure student safety
Support student intervention programs, including conducting home visits with school staff
Assist in managing student discipline and implement smoking/vaping cessation initiatives
Maintain accurate student records and document incidents to support administrative needs
Provide administrative support for Gear-Up activities, ensuring smooth program execution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in secondary school settings, focusing on student management, discipline, or pastoral care
Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with students and staff
Ability to engage students and monitor their well-being actively
Demonstrate maturity, firmness, and composure when handling student behavior and discipline
Possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment to support student needs
Exhibit good note-taking and documentation skills while maintaining calm under pressure

Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Railway & Engineering Support: Workforce solutions for operations, maintenance, and project delivery in Singapore’s rail sector.
Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
