WE ARE HIRING: LOW CODE ENGINEER (OUTSYSTEMS)

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5–8 years

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, and EP holders (preferably Singapore-based candidates)

Are you an experienced OutSystems Developer with strong full-stack engineering skills? Join a dynamic technology team supporting government-sector digital solutions and work on secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance secure, scalable applications using OutSystems.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP.
• Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, code reviews, and application performance improvements.

Platform Operations & Reliability

• Manage OutSystems environments across development, testing, and production, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, timer, integration, and platform issues.
• Support production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Cloud, Infrastructure & Security

• Support applications hosted on AWS, GCC, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, networking, and related infrastructure.
• Support security hardening, compliance, backup, patching, and disaster recovery activities.

Engineering Excellence

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and operational automation.
• Promote secure coding practices, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using OutSystems.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, LifeTime, Service Center, and deployment processes.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, backend development, and API integration.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React or Vue.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including data modelling, query optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS, GCC, or equivalent cloud platforms, plus IIS and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production support.
• Good understanding of secure software development, authentication, authorisation, encryption, and audit logging.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across application, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
