Location :
A) Tuas: 8.30am to 6pm ( Bus pick-up @ Boon Lay /CCK MRT)
Logistics Admin - Do do quotation, process invoice, prepare picking-list
B) Changi : 9am to 6.30pm ( Pick-up @ Tampines MRT)
Billing Officer - corresponding email, process and checking invoice and shipment bills
-Min. O level, Nitec in ITE
-Required skills: MS office
-Some relevant experience as a Admin/ Customer Service/ Coordination/ Logistics & Warehouse
-Ability to work independently in fast pace environment
-strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
Duties:
-issue work order to external and internal contractors
-verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
- Correspondence email and follow up and orders processing for monthly stock take.
- Admin duties; filing, data-entry etc.
